1）租户一个人还是一家？房租多少？

2）low income with bad credit , possibley with medical bill, which is exemptable

3) co-signer is a lawyer

要是有好的选择，不租。没有啥其他选择，勉强同意可以租。但是一定自己检查CREDIT, ETC.
