Yes if you keep min $100k combined between BoA and ME

Very easy if you have other brokerage account you can transfer to ME. The Preferred Reward applies also to other no annual fee cards like Every day/Travel etc. One more detail is that you need to open a BoA checking account and $100k is for 3 months average, so it may take a few months to get the Preferred status.
