租客二选一。

四居室蓝领区。要价$1950。刚上Zillow。一个小时有两家比较靠谱的申请人。我照片都没来得及上。因为装修还没弄好。我都怀疑我价格定的太低了。

 

1）单亲妈妈带三个娃。6岁，九岁和10岁。护士。年收入七万五。还有一个三居室Secrion 8 voucher. 最高可以付1900。我其实蛮喜欢section 8的。但是，他们需要30天搬家的notice. 还需要housing inspection. 我过两周回国。没办法跟进inspection。所以，房子至少要空1个半月。

 

2）祖父母带两娃。8岁和10岁。没准以后想自己买房。credit 610.收入$6500/月。一个在保险公司做claim,一个在什么仓库做。可以立马入住。
