新人发个帖子，有个房子“all under slab plumbing was replaced in 2022”,

说明这个房子以前出现的问题严重吗？80年代的房子，会有哪些更多潜在的问题呢？这个房子主要是离老公上班很近，太方便了。打算自住房保留，这个算second home平时住，要不每天commute近2个小时。
