5月新收的41门，把 storage里的一半改成简易办公室，冷气是个 mini spilt, 门上是 rent drop box, ring doorbell camera, fiber optic internet, Google Wi-Fi thru out the complex, parking area installed 6 ring flood light cameras.

这个会是一个 remote office, 没有 onsite management.
