我投资房condo在南加橙县，保险是state farm，自付额1k，保额比较高（building property 60k左右），最近有一个漏水的case，自己维修花了6k左右，报了保险，被state farm deny，想请教一下是否有机会appeal 成功。
我的情况：租客告诉我们客卫连着的一个房间地板出现漏水，我们第二天就联系了保险公司和plumbing公司来维修。plumber基本上确定是地板下面的水管破了（under the concrete slab），决定通过re-route来修。要开墙reroute，找了公司来检查石棉等以及找了restoration company来烘干墙里面的水，这些都是plumber company找的（我有经验了下次不会找这些，感觉我这个漏水不大严重，不需要做这些，但这是后话）。
保险公司拒保的理由主要是这个水管是underground，是wear and tear：
主要列出了三点保险不包括的情况以及我觉得我的case可以据理力争的情况在括号里：
(1) water damage due to wear, tear, marring, scratching, deterioration, inherent vice, latent defect or mechanical breakdown （我的case：我作为房主，做到了及时通报及时维修，在这个水管破裂之前没有发现任何情况说是已经在漏水了，不应该属于seepage and slow leakage啊）
(2) natural water below the sur- face of the ground, including water which exerts pressure on, or seeps or leaks through a building, sidewalk, driveway, foundation, swimming pool or other structure （我的水管是正常的水管一部分，不是natural water，不是underground下水系统啊）
(3) defect, weakness, inadequacy, fault or unsoundness in maintenance （同第（1）点，我觉得我已经尽量maintain了）
保险公司说拒保是因为seepage and continuous leakage，但我们发现漏水后马上就修了，应该不是这个情况；另外保险公司说是因为water under the surface of the ground，但我们的plumber在报告上说是pipe in slab (not below the slab)，这个我可以和保险公司发过去作为证据吗？
请各位大大看下，我是否需要和保险公司争取一下（我付了6000修理，减掉自付额1000，还可以报销5000）？为了5000块请一个public insurance adjuster有必须要吗？
如果我接受了claim 被deny的结果，以后我换insurance company的时候可以不disclose这一次被deny的claim吗？
