Pest control

我一个两年旧的新房子，第三任租客才搬进来不到20天，说主卧墙和closet墙的夹缝有老鼠，还有蚂蚁从厨房旁的vent进来。这是这个房子头一次有这样的complaints。上一任租客有几只猫，才搬走不到一个月。现租客要求regular pest control。我从来没有这么做过。我该怎么做呢？谢谢你们！
