Dear Ms. Moralez,

It was nice talking to you the other day during my visit.  I like how you kept the home, it's so clean and tastefuly decorated.  

This letter is memorializing our discussion on 8/3/2023 regarding extra house guests.  I'd like to remind you of following provisions in the rental lease:

(Find similar language in your rental lease, if you can find one) "The Tenant must not allow more than one visitor to stay in the Premises overnight. No visitor may stay in the Premises for more than 2 consecutive nights or more than 2 nights in the same week. The Tenant takes responsibility for all guests’ and visitors’ actions. The Landlord accepts no liability for the Tenant’s guests and visitors"  

(If you can't find any provisions) Addtionally, XXX county has provisions against overcrowding in rental properties and violation might result in fines and evictions.  

You have been a wonderful tenant so far, and I appreciate your coorporation in this matter.
