我应该让租客走吗

section8 租客住在我房子2-3 年， 按时交租金（goverment pay for her 100%)，房子卫生还可以

前两个月把水转在我名下(we have landlord policy) and I discoutinue the water under my name today.

租客不割草，跟她沟通过好多次，被HOA 罚款$800, which I did not pay yet.

I am hiring some one to mow the lawn

Lease 一月底到期 是给她发60 day Notice or 30 day notice or when the lease expires
