空调的风管需要全部更新吗？

1989年的房子，AC年龄20-25年，房客说AC制冷不给力，做AC的师傅去查了，结论是机器老旧，风管状态差，建议都换，还在等报价。想问问风管一定要全部更换还是只换状态不好的部分？谢谢！
