今天看了一个房子

位置不错，房子大状况良好，就是脏，不是一般的脏,一个卫生间被当作猫窝，里面堆着猫粪便。！地毯肯定要换了，刷浆，roof看起来不是很旧，但是有damage,但不漏!要价比市场底4-5万。想下个offer，但是中介说如果这个房子不很快卖掉，8月8日以后就会被sheriff sale ！那什么是sheriff sale、8月8日之前贷款也来不及啊！还是8月8日之前有买卖合同房子就不会被sheriff sale了？明白的给说说！给中介打电话说忙着，谢谢啦！
