请教：回国用，United Explorer和CapitalOne Venture 申哪个更好一点？

撸卡菜鸟趁最近的撸卡热度请教一下，平时出门旅游少，主要是回国探亲用，CapitalOne Venture 给的mileage 高一些但好像不包括large US airlines. 
想请教哪张卡回国用更好，尤其是升商务舱？ 另外如有更好的还请大拿们推荐！谢谢！
