出租房里有蚂蚁。怎么办呢？要紧吗？

租户说有蚂蚁。我让她自己买bait.我可以找杀虫的。可是这个蚂蚁是杀不尽的呀。我自己房子就有蚂蚁。找人每个季度喷药。已经两年了。前几个月停掉了。蚂蚁又出来了。

 

问题是，我一定要保证出租房子里完全没蚂蚁吗？
