No move out no close

Close以后他们在你屋子里出什么事情，责任全是你的。Never close house without an empty house and keys!

You should not step onto the properity until your lawyer confirms county recording is done (usually takes one day).

虽然一般情况下没事，但是出事就是大麻烦。别给自己找麻烦。
