June Rental Update, vacancy 9%, collected 90.9% rent,

June Rental Update, vacancy 9%, collected 90.9% rent, 8 units open during month of June, up from 6 opening in May, rent out 2 units, but lost 4 tenants.

I was able to rent out 3 units this past week, I has 5 opening as now, but will expect 2 more moving out in July.

one of my property's detached garage got burn down to ground due to its near by house caught on fire this month too.
