这个租客可以么？

好学区房子，租金$4800，有个黑人女人来申请，在政府部门上班，我在网站上查到的是10万年收入，告诉我信用分数大概660，还有一个也在政府上班，大概年薪10万，在一起三年的boyfriend，她还有领养的4个孩子，有一个孩子有自闭，刚领养的婴儿有点问题还需要nurse，因为领养的孩子每个月从政府领1万3的钱，这样的租客靠谱么？
