2010年买的抗都 1100尺，2房1.5浴 ，价格 55,000

2022年5月  价格  302,000 

2023年3月  价格  287,000

2023年5月  价格  305,000

2023年7月2日 价格 330,786

房价那么高，购房骚扰电话依然在响，不可思议。

大跌的可能还有吗？

 

租金从1300，涨到1530。 房客很怪，准时交租，房子弄得漂亮干净。（Zillio网市场租金2400）
