请教换地毯价格：1500SQFT 房子，共$8500（卧室地毯，余下Vinyl Plank）

出租房，3卧/2浴，卧室地毯$2500，其余20 mil 厚的VinylPlank$6000，价格贵吗？原来全地毯，当地流行用Vinyl Plank，PM建议这样换
