好房客

有间房子被一对印度老夫妻住了一年，院子荒废一半。最近换了新房客，没见过面，只通过几个电话。搬入前爸爸就来帮忙割草，搬入后立刻开始打理房子院子。

把死了的植物换成耐旱的灌木，把秃了的草皮加了草籽，重新铺了木屑，洗了走廊后院的水泥地。

好房客真省心。对我来说，白人房客，信誉好还是首选。
