请教这两种water heater 有什么不同？谢谢！

自己家的Water heater坏了，上次换大约9年前在Home Depot买的$499。这次又找了同一个handyman，一开始去home depot买了下面的第一款$549，但是拉回来发现不对，说我们家的是上面有个排气的什么东西，然后又去换了下面的第二款$1219，安装费比上面的第一款贵$100. 但是网上的review还是第一款这个便宜的更好。所以感觉太不划算了，而且也特别奇怪为什么这款热水器会涨价这么多。这两种到底有什么区别呢？能不能一劳永逸换成第一款？
