It looks this is Vegas strip, Miami or San Diego high rise hotel CONDO. It is very risky. First, if you do the loan, it will be commercial loan. Min down payment is 30% and hard to get approval. Second, “50%的入住率应该是可以保证的”, who 保证的? It could be 0%. Third, “Hotel管理费按实际租金的40%收取” + Min 管理费 if vacant. Please find out what is Min 管理费.

This is more risk investment than any type of RE and stock (Index Fund).
