连犯罪记录都不能作为合法理由了？

You also cannot deny a renter’s application based on arrest records. Landlords and property managers may only use a criminal record to deny an application if it shows dangerous criminal convictions that may put the property, other tenants/neighbors, or the landlord/property manager at risk.
