抽水马桶水箱里的那根进水塑料管壁出现缝隙漏水了，请问可以自己修吗？

房子30年了，可能塑料老化，抽水马桶水箱里的那根进水塑料管壁出现缝隙，水从缝隙里喷出，抽水马桶水流不停。请问可以自己修吗？有没有什么胶水可以涂在缝隙处？或者怎么把那根管子换掉？多谢
