天使的国度…

几个星期前一个ten-x的 broker打电话来说有104个门 Bank owned, 会拿出来R-market上拍卖，图看起来几个楼但是翻新过了，今天是 tour,所以今天我就带着儿子摸黑5点起来去看楼了.

楼都是不错的，可惜错的是地点，就在U-Chicago附近，这些不是我的地区，LOL，I still want to live long enough to enjoy all my millions.

估计原来的 owner, 买来2-3万， 翻新以后全部租 section 8, 然后打包重贷，直接丢给银行了.
