Section 8 eviction process easy?

Thank you very much. This house is for long term rent.

It is hard to find a good tanent in that area as the house price is very low, and they still cannot own a house, their income must be low.

I don't feel it will happen as long as that lady has job. But is section 8 eviction process easy?
