不懂就问：租客收入是房租3倍，指的是税前收入还是税后？

单身母亲带俩孩子， 小学秘书，税后月入3000， 老公给抚养费3600，牛奶金600，想租3000的房子，收入不够吧？

她自己有房子，因要离婚，要租房搬出来卖自住房。
