命，运，无憾…

我以前一个老师说过，we all small people, the only way to get ahead of others, is to work twice as hard and 2 times as long，这几句话我铭记于心40年，一生走过都是命，这个命字，可以说是运气, 又可以说是一个人不断努力的回报.

运气，其实就是一个人在对的时间里遇到对的人做了一个对的事情，其实这个同一时间里，可能有1万个人同时做作同一个事情，这个事情，有人没看到，有人看到了没做，有人看到做了没成功，只有小部分人看到做到而成功了，这个就是运气，馅饼掉头上了.

一个人一生中肯定有做对事的时候，但是如果连续的做，都做对了，只有1. 真是运气老天眷顾，2.这个人很努力而且ready了，也就是说机会只垂青于勤奋的人.

我认为人生就是从无序中找到有序的规则，所以有些人问我，如何地产赚钱，我就是说，看书，看一百本，看房，看几百套，看到自己有感觉了，钱就来了， 我是做地产的，从无到有，从有到大，我净资产的第一个一百万花了7年时间，到现在一年净资产能增长7百万，这个就是滚雪球的效应.

所以是我是很幸运的，我在偶然的时间里遇到了很多对我有影响的人,特别是我家领导，而且幸运的做对了我想要做的事情，所以我非常感恩，I have no regret in this life.
