如果是你，你会怎么投资？

一套旧金山湾区的出租房，租金$5500，刚好打平，没有现金流。如果卖掉可以做1031换外州的几套房子，租金能到一万五以上，有现金流，但是会牺牲掉加州的低税收优惠，因为我是很早以前买的房子。
