俺为什麽总是最倒霉的？

可想而知因为俺是最笨的。第一个房子是在最便宜的时候买的（因为搬家）。现在的又是在最贵的时候买的（2006）。想换房可又卖不掉现有的。知道这里的人都很有头脑.

现在这里请教一下：如果目前的房子计划再住2年再换，有闲钱是不是该放在principal吗？（无罚款如果put extra money in principal).
