请教新学期要搬家到另外一个州，现在住的房子比较大，几年新的房子，出租可行吗？

大概4000呎，两层楼，舍不得卖，是自己建起来的房子。出租好像也租不到满意的价钱。也怕出租毁房子。请教大家应该怎么办？谢谢
