大家给排个序吧：

小白玉学区房出租  3000美刀

1.  医生，单收入，每月30，000，score 765，两个小孩，从外州relocate，以前是自住房

2.  大公司auditor （director），单收入，每月13，000，score 600，三个小孩，从外州relocate，以前一直是租房；

600score 是因为unexpected pregnancy，同时最大的小孩12岁是special kid， smart 但是要上私校 ， 现在准备上好学区公校） 老婆同时在学校读master，年底毕业找工作后会是double income

3. local 的，女的单身带三个小孩，男的是boyfriend。 两个都是护士。score 600，女的号称有每月8000，男的只有5500.
