有一个买家要买我的康斗。问题是整个楼需要修理，费用估价15万，6个家庭支付，但最后多少不清楚，association
还没决定。所以买家要一个escrow, 我存入4万，多退少补，Settlement一个月后结清 ，我没意见。但还有一个尾巴：Indemnification:
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer, their agents, successors, and assigns from any claims,
damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the HOA's recent special assessment, including but not limited to
costs incurred, fines, and legal fees.  This Indemnification is effective for sixty (60) days following settlement. 这会?????问题吗？谢谢
