租户搬家时发现洗衣机出现问题搬不走了怎么办?

今天租户搬家, 发现洗衣机阀门有问题, 不能关闭. 下面是他给我发来的. 请大家帮我看看该怎么办? 

他一个月前问我 $200.00 要不要他的2012年的洗衣机烘干机, 我没要. 结果今天搬家出现这个问题.

Hello, so the hot water shut off valve is not working for the washer machine. It won't shut off. If I disconnect it, the water rushes out and goes everywhere. I cannot move the washer machine right now.

 

If I do, water will go everywhere!

It's a problem because we have the uhaul today to move everything.
