好的deal 都是秒走

最近送了3个offer, 我几乎都是上市1小时内接触listing agent.

8万需要修的房子, 我出cash offer 10万，被别人12万买走。

10万需要修的房子listing agent 都不让我交offer 就under contract.

还有一个12万不要修的，出了原价，也没有了。


蓝领房子还是挺hot的。风险很小。
