请各位看一下这个空调修理的proposal合理吗？

2017年盖的房子，一直在出租。最近发现HAVC室内的部分倾斜了。照片在这里：

管理公司找来了估价 $1267

说是安装时候没安装好，现在要如下修理：

• • Add new refrigerant as needed.
  • Flushing Agent. Removes old R-22 oil from the existing Freon lines.
  • Remove and reinstall existing air handler. Will need to pump down condenser. Cut line set at air handler. Cut drain line. Disconnect wiring. Attach new 2x4 to studs in wall and mount air handler. Flush and vacuum lines. Rewire and attach drain lines.

  • 我自己先看出一个问题： 2017年盖的房子HAVC不应该还用R-22 了吧？我已经去要管理公司去照一张HAVC 具体型号的照片了，还没有结果。

  • 这个HAVC公司建议的修法合理吗？价钱合理吗？
  • 一般2017年房子HAVC是否还有可能在保修期？这是远程出租房我手头没有具体信息，得要去找。
