快两个月了才来了一个稍微靠谱的申请人。她忒想租，天天让她的realtor催我。

单身女，work from home。有个大狗。有7年租公寓历史  

收入2.4倍。

credit score 750。

100% on time payment history.

租不租？还是再等等？

她交的income proof不合格，给了我一个pay compensation的screenshot。我想如果不想租给她的话就不用要她交paystub，W2之类的。

见面交谈中她提到男朋友，估计有男友一起入住，但是不知道是否分担租金。

不过男女朋友关系也不稳定。
