1. The best time to rent would April and May. It is not easy to rent during the summer. Then better in September. Worst in winter.

2. You rent to the current owner, then he acts as the second landlord. You don't need to care about the others. Just get your rent from the current owner.

3. If 两个房子地点差不多，第一个房子修+买的钱和第二个房子价钱也差不多. Then still second.
