你要是做资本主义，去把Fannie Mae和Freddie Mac都关掉好了。凭什么民居可以借低利率的贷款啊？让人都去商业银行贷款好了，为什么要政府干预？

你先把你的标题改掉再来争论，故意说”高信用的人要付高利率“，不是造谣吗？事实是”高信用人的利率有高调整“。
