六月学生贷款的月付可能就要启动。如何把这个算到rent to income ratio里？有人有 十万多的学生贷款， 年收入不到6万。这如何保证租金啊 ？

不知道是不是可以delay student loan monthly payment, 发现现在的刚毕业的大学生挣得很少。是不是就要求父母co-signer ， 还是继续找？
