minor在家用电脑挣的钱可以claim home office expense 吗

有1099-NEC, office面积算电脑桌那一块? 电费算吗？房子是父母的，孩子算depenent, 所以不清楚这一块是不是可以claim. 有谁有经验？谢谢！
