出租房里厨房和过道的旧实木地板咋处理好？

厨房和过道是细条实木的，其它是地毯，准备把地毯都换成LVP，但这些旧的磨损厉害的实木咋办？

（1）拆掉，换成LVP，因为厨房和过道需要耐磨和防水的。

（2）不拆，上面直接铺LVP，但会不会这些地方比别处高？

（3）refinish打磨，但问了一下，工钱加料钱是每平方$5～6，跟（1）差不多了。
