Condo的烦恼

以前就是一些单家庭住宅，现在多了这很多门之后才发现 Condo最大的麻烦不是出租而是邻里关系

楼上楼下但凡有一家不nice或者一家不对付就是很多麻烦，你跺脚了你敲房顶了，你占了我的停车位了，等等。。。

每次听到这种电话我就恨不得马上卖掉。
