Off campus lease

大学生在校园旁边租公寓，豆腐块一间房，每年暑假4个月没有住按时付租金，今年的租金贵$1500一个月， 不能提前解租约，学生没有收入如果暑假开始直接搬出不付租，怎样不影响信用记录？谢谢
