完全不扯皮

第一次是plumber发过去quote就直接给支票了，第二次我只是打电话咨询一下火灾强制撤离，报销旅费算不算deductible，结果直接给我约了adjuster来家里看，来检查完就说要赔一万多，我完全是懵的。
