到底会不会？我今早下了一个cash offer with listing price

 

我agent说房子状况不错。我没看房就下offer。现在根本没有好房子上市。不知道能不能拿到。去年买的同一个小区的，同样户型，今年的价格贵一万。利率涨了，现金流减少了30%。还有十几个OFFER.
