和两人签的合同，八月到期。男的要搬走，他要我退给他一半deposit, 不知怎么办。

女的拿了restriction order.  刚才男的打电话，他回家了，估计女的给警察打了电话，警察赶到现场。一个警察似乎说：your restriction order is temporary.
