今天准备赌一把，加仓死翘翘翘32.59

我现在还是40% cash， long vs short hedging 4:1.

41门的贷款还是麻烦多多，我买这个41门，其实是准备第一年要亏7-10万的，不过希望可以有小城里的房租定价的话语权，我15分钟之内还有2个物业，同时可以涨房租.
