来了一个人看地下室，给估价，结果那人说得天花乱坠，开价奇高，一听就是salesman， 还告诉我的租客地下室有mold.

   今天租客来短信。
 I just wanted to confirm that Steve told you about the mold issue on the basement walls, after his visit last week. Thank you!
