Two other new techs and I are discussing at heavy discounting to get this started but two tech would like to start part time 1st on their own, focus on new system install and use me as marketing/sale support. I am also looking at get new system and pay them for installation for my rentals or other business I may get. Need to know market price and issues. Residental price is 2x materials. Decent margin but getting sale is critical.
I do not have HVAC license but may become apprentice and later get license when I "retire". need 4-5 years.
