情景高端房租客把厨房cooking top的玻璃碎了一个角怎么扣钱

请教各位。租客住了四年，房子2017的新房，高端小区，烤箱和cooking top 是分开的，玻璃的cookingtop 一个角给砸掉了鸡蛋大小的一块，不影响使用。现在要搬出去了，不知道这个怎么扣钱？
